How can I help?
I offer 4 types of support for students. The balance of these offerings tend to shift based on the needs of each person.

Meditation is the basis of my yoga practice. While there are an abundance of resources for students to learn meditation, I find it helpful to have ongoing guidance and support helpful.

Manual Therapy - within the context of yoga - is a way that I help folks with pain reduction and overall relaxation. It is also another modality through which I teach yoga and help folks to feel more confident in their practice and their ability to care for themselves.

There are a handful of systems, principles, and concepts that I find helpful in understanding asana as part of a broader yoga practice. These view points are not often taught in group classes or teacher trainings and it can be helpful to focus on a topic for a period of time.

I have always found it helpful to have a teacher to check-in with on some regular basis. I am happy to offer this to students who are interested.
