Join Ryan for an afternoon of retreat-style, immersive practice. The purpose of these retreats is to practice integrating meditation, asana, and reflection in order to support well-being. While instruction will be given throughout the day, the focus of this afternoon is about simple, continuous practice more than learning new concepts and ideas. 12-12:30 - Break
12:30-1pm - Meditation + Discussion

2-2:30pm - Meditation + Restorative
